We routinely inspect the inside and outsied of your property, then provide you photos, so that you can always know that the tenants are taking good care of the home. This is free of charge and is included with your management agreement.
We conduct inspections upon move-in and move-out that include documentation of the property’s condition and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.

If we place a tenant in your house and they do not pay while we are managing, we will not charge you a fee to replace that tenant with a paying tenant. A HMR representative will appear in court on your behalf if there’s and eviction.
