How long will it take to rent my property?
Our goal is to rent your property within approximately two weeks from the time it is ready to show. If the property is currently occupied, we will work to market and lease the home before the current tenant moves out whenever possible. -
What areas do you cover?
We manage properties throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. For specific service areas and city coverage, please contact our office. -
What are your fees?
There are two primary fees: a lease up fee and a monthly management fee. If your property already has a tenant in place, a lease up fee may not apply. The lease up fee covers the cost of marketing the property, conducting showings, screening applicants, and placing a qualified tenant. Our monthly management fee is based on the management plan selected. Contact our office for current pricing and management options. There are no upfront fees, and we are paid only after rent is collected.
