Qualifying

Attn Applicant:

HMR conducts routine inspections of all of our properties every 4 months - interior and exterior.  To rent from our company you must agree to allow our agent to inspect your unit while you are residing at the property. Photos will be taken to document the condition at each inspection. If you need more information please contact our office.

Our Application Fee is $30. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS and we check for the following:

  • Credit Payment History
  • Criminal Background / Eviction Check
  • Rental Payment History
  • Employment History

You will need to supply the following documents:

  • Social Security Card and Government Issued ID
  • Pay Check Stub (3 most recent), bank statement. (Self Employed Months Bank Statements All Pages)

You must purchase renters insurance before signing your lease. Insurance cost $10 - $15 per month.

Requirements:

  • Must make 3 times rent amount in income. Example, if rent is $1,000  you must make $3,000.
  • Credit Score Must be 600 or more
  • No Evictions - Ever
  • No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Husky, or dogs over 20 lbs. Pet Deposits Required and Pet Rent $25 per month.
  • NO COSIGNERS. Income only considers it applicant will live in the property.
  • Lease starts within 30 days of your application.
  • One year lease agreements and you must provide proof of renters insurance.

Applying is a competitive process. We go with the application that has the strongest credit and most income. Every Adult over 18 who will live in the house must pay an application fee and complete an application.  EVEN IF THEY DON'T HAVE INCOME.
